My Air Condition broke down in The middle of the night they answered their phone. They told me it would be at first thing in the morning. I sent them pictures of my unit. They were here at 9 AM sharp with a new unit. They were done by 3 PM. I have air-conditioning again fastest service I’ve ever saw polite convenient and amazing group. Charlie The owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend that only will they recommend I decided to let them do my second unit on the house that’s not even broken yet, but it is 10 years old so I said you know what let’s change it. My ceiling had discoloration from an AC leak. As always we call Charlie as he has always been honest, professional and fair pricing on any repairs he has done in the past. Lorenzo (Julio) came out to analyze the leak, went up in the attic, the AC trunk was sweating. Didn’t see any roof leaks or mold. Lorenzo was very professional and explained in detail. From my initial call to the office and later to the technician they are Nice, Friendly, Quick, and Professional. My initial call was for to clean out my A/C Drain which they did. I’m very happy that I chose this company. I received five different quotes for the same AC unit, and they offered me the best price. They are the true definition of “I say what I mean, and I mean what I say.” They patiently waited while I received my other quotes and never harassed or pressured me, unlike some of the other companies I contacted. My AC broke during a holiday, and they actually recommended that I wait until after the holiday to have it installed. They wanted to make sure that everything was open and available in case any issues came up during the installation. They also matched a service that another company was offering, which I truly appreciated. They arrived at the time they said they would, spent the amount of time they said they would, and left all the areas where they worked extremely clean. Even two weeks after the installation, they continued to answer all of my questions and provide assistance.
